Job Overview
The AMET Supply Chain team seeks a driven and skilled Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to support Amazon's growth in Saudi Arabia. This role involves analyzing complex supply chain challenges and collaborating with Operations, Transportation, and Amazon Store teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize inventory management across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly inbound forecasts for the KSA fulfillment center network.
- Coordinate closely with Retail, Fulfilled by Amazon, and Fulfillment Center Operations on inbound planning, sales and operations planning, and placement activities.
- Gain in-depth knowledge and technical expertise of all supply chain tools used within the network.
- Lead comprehensive analyses, create models and reports that guide strategic decisions, and support the execution of operational initiatives regionally.
- Standardize analysis methods and develop tools to manage the growing complexity of the KSA supply chain.
- Head regional projects related to inbound supply chain improvements to boost performance and operational execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in program or project management roles.
- At least 3 years of experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams across functions.
- Proven track record of utilizing data and performance metrics to define and execute process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Advanced skills in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
- Ability to outline program requirements and apply data-driven insights to enhance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Over 3 years of comprehensive experience driving projects from inception to completion and effectively communicating outcomes to senior leaders.
- Substantial history in managing multiple stakeholder relationships at various organizational levels.
- Experience in developing operational processes, managing projects, and scheduling workstreams.
