Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on assigned fleet equipment
• Utilize advanced predictive diagnostic software to reduce vehicle breakdown incidents
• Diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and replace parts as necessary
• Address local road calls and coordinate additional service assistance when required
• Adhere to all safety and productivity standards during all tasks

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Certified Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) or 310T Journeyperson certification
• Valid Class 1/AZ driver's license in good standing
• Minimum of two years of experience performing preventive maintenance on Class 6 to 8 trucks and industrial equipment
• Ability to provide your own toolset
• Capable of working independently with minimal guidance

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience servicing propane and electric forklifts, hydraulic lift gates, agricultural machinery, reefers, vans, pickups, and cars
• Competence in welding and electrical repairs

Physical and Work Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable working in environments with varied temperatures
• Capable of frequently standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and grasping
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
