Field Sales Consultant

Overview

We are partnering with a highly regarded and award-winning company in the Financial Services sector to find an experienced Field Sales Consultant. This role involves direct face-to-face sales and relationship management with employees at client locations across the Central Coast. As a remote position with no office attendance required, you will work independently managing your schedule and driving sales growth through educating clients on financial benefits such as Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to client sites to deliver presentations, workshops, and consultations about financial perks and benefits.
• Engage and educate employees on suitable salary packaging and Novated Leasing solutions, aiming to qualify prospects effectively.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing client partners to enhance product awareness and expand sales opportunities within the region.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase leasing leads and overall sales volumes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years' experience in sales or a related customer-facing role with proven ability to close deals and generate leads.
• Strong client relationship management skills with experience presenting to groups and individuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities alongside exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Current driver's license and reliable full-time access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation and autonomy.
