Role Overview

This on-site, full-time position located in Dubai requires skilled operators to set up, run, and monitor salad bowl and paper cup forming machines. The objective is to assure consistent product quality and optimize production efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate salad bowl and paper cup forming machines, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Load raw materials as needed and adjust machine configurations for optimal performance.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and regular inspections to reduce machine downtime.
• Uphold safety and quality protocols in daily operations.
• Complete production documentation and coordinate closely with supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with the production team to sustain a clean, safe, and well-organized factory environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with salad bowl and paper cup forming machinery or similar packaging equipment.
• Sound knowledge of production workflows, machine safety procedures, and fundamental mechanical troubleshooting.
