Job Summary
The Overnight Maintenance Associate ensures the cleanliness and safety of the store environment, leaving a positive impression on customers from entry to exit. This role involves maintaining the sanitation of various areas including parking lots, restrooms, and receiving zones during overnight shifts.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, depending on the applicable minimum wage at the job location.
- Additional pay incentives include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Extra premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on shift schedule, location, season, or specific work tasks; multiple premiums can be combined if criteria are met.
- This is a full-time position working overnight hours.
