Role Overview
As an Employer and Jobseeker Coordinator, you will be actively engaging with jobseekers to assess their skills and goals, while also connecting with employers to understand their hiring needs. Your work involves coordinating opportunities that lead to successful employment matches, utilizing government-regulated platforms and CRM systems to meticulously track progress and outcomes. This ensures our efforts are measurable, consistent, and impactful.
This position requires a person energized by interpersonal connections, fast-paced environments, and purposeful work. Your ability to transform conversations into tangible results will greatly contribute to the positive impact we strive to make.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with jobseekers to ascertain their experience and career objectives, offering personalized coaching and support aimed at securing sustainable employment.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local employers by understanding their workforce demands and proactively aligning candidates accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of jobseeker and employer interactions within digital systems to ensure clear and consistent reporting.
- Enhance and refine internal processes and systems to optimize delivery, ensuring data quality drives better outcomes.
- Work as part of a motivated team sharing insights and supporting collective success.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities allowing effective engagement with both jobseekers and employers.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation aptitude, and quick decision-making capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a rapidly moving environment.
- Proficiency and confidence with CRM and digital tools for engagement, data management, and reporting, along with eagerness to learn and optimize new systems and workflows.
