We are seeking a Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) for a full-time, permanent position based in Braunschweig. Join a motivated team dedicated to identifying top talents and presenting the best candidates to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews with candidates attracted through our social media campaigns.
• Pre-select suitable candidates for our clients.
• Document interview outcomes using our applicant management system and professionally prepare candidate profiles.
• Represent our clients as a brand ambassador, delivering relevant job and company information.
• Combine recruiting with client consulting by supporting both candidates and companies.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in HR, psychology, or business administration, preferably with some experience in customer contact, sales, or service.
• Enjoyment in interacting with people, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm.
• Organized and reliable working style with a high level of self-motivation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
