Role Overview

Tidy Green Clean is currently seeking dependable and dedicated Daytime Cleaners to join our workforce. Multiple vacancies exist for roles located within the Westhill and Kingswells regions of Aberdeen. The primary responsibility involves ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld across various client premises, fostering sanitary, safe, and inviting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in offices, common areas, washrooms, and other assigned spaces.
• Thoroughly dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to a consistently high standard.
• Dispose of rubbish and recycling responsibly by emptying bins as required.
• Operate cleaning tools and products safely and properly in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and promptly report any malfunctions or supply shortages.
• Adhere strictly to company cleaning protocols, health and safety policies, and client-specific requirements.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with team members, clients, and site representatives.
• Demonstrate pride and commitment in consistently delivering superior cleaning services.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
• Must be reliable and punctual, capable of working independently without supervision.
• Possess strong attention to detail with a proactive and positive mindset.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Follow explicit instructions and uphold agreed quality cleaning standards across all tasks.
• A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle are essential as company transport is not available.

Working Conditions and Terms

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday with variable hours depending on assigned site requirements.
• Compensation: Hourly pay ranging from £12.71 to £13.45.
• Location: Job sites are in Westhill and Kingswells within Aberdeen.
