Role Overview
Joining as a Customer Assistant offers a valuable opportunity to embark on a career with us, whether you are entering the workforce for the first time or bringing prior retail experience seeking a new challenge. This position involves working onsite and reporting directly to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your duties may include assisting at tills, advising customers, and managing inventory in the back shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, answering queries, offering tailored product advice, recommending additional items, and facilitating smooth shopping experiences.
- Promote current in-store promotions and loyalty schemes to inform and benefit customers.
- Ensure operational efficiency by maintaining product displays, delivering prompt service at tills, and assisting with stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects pride and professionalism.
