Working Conditions and Compensation

• Location: Swindon and surrounding locations
• Employment Type: Full-time, term time only, onsite
• Salary: £90 to £120 per day, disbursed weekly
• Start Date: Immediate start or from the upcoming term

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement preset lesson plans for KS3 and KS4 students across multiple subjects to maintain engagement and learning quality
• Lead classrooms to ensure a calm, structured, and safe learning environment

• Maintain a professional demeanor, consistently upholding the school's values and safeguarding policies

Candidate Profile

• Strong leadership presence capable of managing groups of approximately 30 students
• Flexible and positive attitude adapting to a variety of subjects and classroom settings
• Composure and resilience in handling classroom challenges
• Possession of an enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one, with a commitment to safeguarding standards
