Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across various subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4, maintaining student engagement and focus.
• Lead and maintain a calm, productive, and safe classroom environment using strong leadership skills.
• Provide summarized feedback to relevant departments on student behaviour and progress during cover sessions.
• Demonstrate professional conduct by exemplifying the school's values and adhering strictly to safeguarding protocols.

Compensation and Working Conditions

• Earn between £90 and £120 per day with payments issued each Friday.
