About the Role
Clarion Housing Group invites applications for a permanent Community Caretaker position based at Bush Court in Bristol. The role involves 36 hours per week with some flexibility available. As a key member of the Neighbourhoods team, you will be the visible face of Clarion within the community, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and security of communal spaces to support resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
You'll use your experience in caretaking and cleaning to maintain communal areas, promptly report necessary repairs, and manage the removal of bulk waste items on various estate sites. The role requires driving across multiple locations within Bristol to cover different estates as needed.
Requirements
Applicants must have prior caretaking and cleaning experience, a full valid UK manual driving licence for work-related vehicle use, and the ability to travel across the region. Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory, and residency within England or Wales is required. A Basic Criminal Record Check clearance is also a condition for this role.
