Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering exceptional service while being active and independent on the road. This position involves handling deliveries for customers and representing the Iceland brand with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement safe van loading techniques to manage heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Adhere strictly to driving safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Deliver food items to customers ensuring they arrive in optimal condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through positive interactions during deliveries.
• Assist in store operations when needed.
• Work independently with efficient time management skills.
• Adapt to flexible shift timings, potentially ranging from 6am to 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and passion for excellent customer service.
• Exhibit punctuality and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Show strong awareness and commitment to road safety practices.
