Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate in Architectural Design to lead architectural projects and teams, ensuring high-quality, sustainable, and innovative design solutions that align with organizational objectives and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute architectural strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to meet long-term goals.
- Manage multiple architectural projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget requirements, while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Lead, guide, and mentor architects, designers, and project managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.
- Drive excellence in creative and sustainable design, ensuring compliance with local codes, environmental standards, and promoting advanced technologies.
- Identify growth opportunities, prepare proposals, engage clients, and represent AECOM at industry events.
- Optimize internal processes for resource allocation and project delivery to enhance operational effectiveness and risk management.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline, recognized by BOA Singapore; professional licensure such as RA, RIBA, or equivalent is typically required.
- A minimum of eight years of experience in architectural design and project leadership, with successful management of large-scale projects and teams.
- Proficient with architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools, along with thorough knowledge of building codes, sustainable design principles, and construction practices.
- Strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
