Role Overview

Based in Singapore and part of the Food & Beverage department, this role reports to the Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps deliver an exceptional guest journey in line with the outlet concept by supporting day-to-day service leadership alongside the culinary team. The position calls for courteous, polished, and efficient service that meets outlet, hotel, and Kempinski standards, while actively contributing to sales growth and stronger profitability. Over time, the role is expected to develop into a Restaurant/Outlet Manager position.

  • Working knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards.
  • Understanding of health and safety procedures and regulations.
