Role Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, and other digital communication channels
- Identify and engage with decision-makers across a variety of industries
- Schedule qualified sales meetings for clients and their sales teams
- Utilize approved outreach strategies and messaging to maximize effectiveness
- Keep precise records and track activities within CRM platforms
- Consistently meet or surpass appointment-setting and productivity targets
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance campaign results and lead quality
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal abilities and capability to build relationships
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Technical needs: computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i3 processor or equivalent, internet speed minimum 30 Mbps, backup internet and device available for contingencies
Preferred Experience
- Background in appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, telemarketing, customer service, virtual assistance, or outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales engagement software
