Technician - Integrated Security Systems

Role Overview

RSTS is looking for a competent and adaptable Technician to handle the installation, commissioning, and upkeep of integrated security and electronic systems at various project locations. This position involves working with security systems, video management systems (VMS), fiber optic technology, networking, and both electrical and electronic tasks. The candidate must possess a broad skill set and be capable of thriving in a dynamic project-driven environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should hold a diploma or degree in fields such as Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, Networking, or any related technical discipline. The candidate should have practical experience working with security technologies, VMS platforms, fiber optic cables, and IP-based networks. A strong grasp of electrical and electronic fundamentals and practices is essential. Additionally, familiarity with mechanical or mechatronic system assembly and integration is required. Background knowledge in IT, including operating systems, server management, and network setup, is also expected.
