Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview

Grin Technologies is seeking a creative, energetic, and trend-aware Content Creator to produce reels and social media content for its Nagpur office. This is a full-time position open to candidates with 0–1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop eye-catching reels, videos, and social media posts for brand channels.
• Track trending subjects and identify ideas that can perform well online.
• Manage the full content workflow, from filming and editing to posting.
• Build, update, and follow a content calendar.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign execution.
• Review content performance and propose ways to improve results.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or comparable editing/design tools.
• A creative mindset with solid content planning ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers are welcome if they have a strong portfolio and a creative approach.
