직무 설명
Role Overview
Grin Technologies is seeking a creative, energetic, and trend-aware Content Creator to produce reels and social media content for its Nagpur office. This is a full-time position open to candidates with 0–1 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop eye-catching reels, videos, and social media posts for brand channels.
- Track trending subjects and identify ideas that can perform well online.
- Manage the full content workflow, from filming and editing to posting.
- Build, update, and follow a content calendar.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign execution.
- Review content performance and propose ways to improve results.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or comparable editing/design tools.
- A creative mindset with solid content planning ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers are welcome if they have a strong portfolio and a creative approach.
