About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services is conducting a Walk-in Drive for the position of ServiceNow ITOM Specialist on 18th July 2026 at their Bhubaneswar location. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals with 4 to 13 years in the ITOM domain looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Configure and manage MID Servers along with patterns, probes, and sensors to ensure optimal system performance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools by utilizing REST and SOAP APIs effectively.
- Customize platform elements through Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer for tailored solutions.
- Execute CMDB data modeling, handle reconciliation processes, and enhance data quality within the configuration database.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize the functionality and efficiency of Discovery and Service Mapping components.
- Engage closely with various stakeholders to design and deliver scalable and effective ITOM solutions that align with business needs.
Skills and Requirements
- Practical experience working with ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- In-depth understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Proficient in JavaScript and scripting within the ServiceNow platform environment.
- Experience in setting up and managing MID Servers and performing integrations.
- Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and practices.
