Role Overview
The Senior Quality Control Specialist will support warehouse and operational quality oversight in Dubai by monitoring data, identifying risks, and helping improve processes through analysis and structured follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze data in line with the quality control monitoring plan, then prepare and share monitoring reports.
- Spot operational risks early and notify the relevant teams so preventive action can be taken in time.
- Work closely with operations teams to identify issues, diagnose root causes, suggest improvements, and help drive the execution of agreed action plans.
- Gather warehouse monitoring requirements, build data-monitoring templates, and submit requests for report development.
Qualifications
- An associate degree or higher is required, preferably in logistics management, statistics, or a similar discipline.
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience is needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to recognize recurring business issues and recommend practical solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
- Comfortable using data analysis tools, especially Excel.
