Role Overview

The Inventory Operation Supervisor position is a full-time role based on-site in Riyadh. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing daily stock operations, ensuring inventory data accuracy, overseeing physical inventory counts, and maintaining proper documentation within warehouse management platforms. This position also entails leading and training inventory staff, enforcing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with warehouse, operational, and customer service teams to guarantee efficient order fulfillment and optimal stock usage. Regular inventory performance reports and metrics preparation for management are part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate inventory team activities, providing coaching and task assignment while monitoring team performance and workloads.
• Conduct and manage periodic physical inventory counts, stock audits, and reconciliation to verify and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Analyze inventory data to detect trends, discrepancies, and initiate corrective measures to uphold data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, operations, and customer service departments to support timely order processing and stock management.
• Develop and document inventory procedures and standards ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Generate and submit inventory reports and performance metrics regularly for management review.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or diploma degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory management or related fields, ideally within e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills capable of managing and motivating teams effectively.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret inventory data and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience with physical inventory processes including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of inventory control principles and inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Proficient communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders and reporting.
• Competence in MS Excel and standard office software for reporting and data management.
• Capability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, onsite environment with an emphasis on accuracy and detail orientation.
