Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage processes spanning fulfillment centers to last-mile delivery networks.
• Lead recruitment, training, and motivation of teams at sort hubs in collaboration with HR and training units to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure sufficient operational capacity to manage peak volumes efficiently.
• Coordinate city operations with Finance, Delivery Stations, Fulfillment Centers, and Project teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members to optimize operations.
• Drive continuous process enhancements to improve quality, reduce waste, and eliminate redundant tasks.
• Analyze operational data to pinpoint bottlenecks and enhance performance.
• Lead initiatives targeting safety, engagement, network speed, and cost efficiency across the region.
• Conduct daily operational meetings such as stand-ups and reviews.
• Apply process improvement frameworks like Kaizen and Continuous Improvement.
• Plan labor resources to balance cost efficiency with high-performance standards and employee experience.
• Mentor Operations Managers to challenge existing practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and central teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 4 years experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a degree is preferred.
