About the Role

Join Amazon's Customer Service team as a vital frontline associate working from the office in Noida. In this role, you will assist customers with various inquiries related to online shopping, account verification, security measures, order support, and more. You will be the initial human contact for customer issues, contributing directly to Amazon's vision of being Earth's most customer-centric company.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer requests via phone, chat, and email.
• Utilize multiple tools to navigate and provide real-time solutions.
• Support identity verification and safeguard account security as required.
• Detect and prevent potential fraud or security threats impacting customer experience.
• Resolve customer problems with a personalized approach instead of scripted responses.
• Deliver outstanding support while troubleshooting account and shopping-related issues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Hindi.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Work primarily at a desk in a comfortable, climate-controlled office environment.
• Maintain business casual attire throughout your shifts.
• Operate on rotating shifts including late night, overnight, early morning, afternoon, weekends, and overtime as required, working Monday through Sunday.
• Be punctual and dedicated to fulfilling your role throughout your work hours.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
