Position Summary
The Senior Credit to Cash Analyst will independently manage a global portfolio focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR), deductions, collections, and reporting. This role demands strong problem-solving capabilities, communication skills, and collaboration with internal partners including credit teams, sales, and business units across time zones with flexible working hours. The position requires driving improvements in collection results, dispute resolution, and reporting while fostering teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve issues related to customer credit risk, collection delays, billing discrepancies, and proactively propose solutions to management.
- Generate and present portfolio status reports using available systems upon request.
- Apply credit risk principles daily to minimize company exposure.
- Investigate and address root causes of non-standard customer disputes or payment delays.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for procedural improvements continuously.
- Support additional finance activities such as tax certifications, invoice filing, and document management.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and managers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Take proactive measures to reduce bad debts and utilization of third-party collections by timely AR collections.
- Ensure process adherence and compliance with company policies.
- Adopt a hybrid working model, balancing on-site presence with remote collaboration to build strong relationships among order-to-cash partners.
- Uphold and enforce compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics and all company policies.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of two years related professional experience preferred.
- Preferred proficiency with SAP; experience in ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
