Team Overview
The Client and Product Services Team (CAPS) plays a critical role in supporting KKR's global distribution and client retention by providing high-caliber, timely, and strategically aligned responses to client and prospect inquiries. This involves handling Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and ongoing client monitoring deliverables. The team collaborates closely with investment, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment across KKR's diversified platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle management, including preparation, coordination, and punctual submission of RFPs, DDQs, and related client requests across multiple asset classes.
- Effectively manage a robust pipeline of simultaneous requests, prioritizing to meet stringent deadlines while ensuring utmost accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Strategy, investment teams, legal, compliance, risk, and operations to gather necessary information, validate data, and secure approvals.
- Maintain quality and uniformity of responses, adhering strictly to approved firm messaging, disclosures, and style requirements; identify and highlight any outdated or inconsistent content proactively.
- Acquire and uphold comprehensive knowledge of KKR’s diverse investment strategies and product offerings to facilitate quality client deliverables.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, scalability, and consistency in workflows, templates, and content repositories.
- Assist in updating and managing content libraries and internal reference tools to support prompt, consistent response delivery.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, providing progress updates and escalating potential risks or delays when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 2 years’ experience in asset management or financial services, with direct involvement in RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, or client reporting.
- Proven ability to operate successfully under demanding deadlines and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills paired with keen attention to detail, emphasizing quality, accuracy, and comprehensive outputs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; skilled in proposal management software, content databases, and AI tools.
- Strong team collaboration aptitude while also demonstrating the capacity to independently manage responsibilities and deliverables.
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex investment concepts into accessible language for clients.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Deep understanding of asset management, with familiarity across alternative asset classes such as private equity, private/public credit, real estate, and infrastructure.
- Experience serving institutional clients including pensions, insurers, or sovereign wealth funds is advantageous.
- Proven track record in process optimization, automation, and standardizing content to improve operational efficiency.
- Exposure to collaborating with global teams spanning multiple regions and time zones.
