About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a partner organization associated with Haystack. The ideal candidate will guide an engineering team by applying Agile methodologies, focusing on sprint success, and supporting sustainable process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor development teams on Agile best practices centering on sprint objectives to facilitate project achievements.
• Implement Scrum principles to address routine challenges and encourage long-term process improvements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives efficiently.
• Develop detailed user stories, delineate tasks, and establish clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with project members to evaluate and enhance business procedures.
• Manage the product backlog while assisting in quality assurance and validating requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years serving as Scrum Master within an engineering environment.
• Practical experience with Jira, including administration and integration of multiple teams' Jira boards.
• Proven capability in leading client delivery projects and working with senior client management.
• Skill to instruct technical teams on foundational Agile frameworks.
• Possession of a Secret security clearance is mandatory.
• Completion of a bachelor's degree.
