Job Overview

Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking candidates for the role of Sales Executive specialized in Kotak outbound sales. The position requires a minimum of 6 months prior sales experience for experienced applicants, while freshers with at least 12th pass are also eligible.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound sales calls focused on Kotak clients and products.

Requirements

• Experienced candidates must have a minimum of six months sales experience.
• Freshers need to have completed at least 12th grade.
• Basic to average proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Applicants currently studying are not eligible.
• Applicants must not plan to take extended leave over the next six months.
• Immediate joining availability is required.

Working Hours and Shift

The fixed shift timing is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Rotational weekly offs are applicable.

Salary Details

For experienced candidates:

• In-hand salary: ₹20,800 (without CTC benefits)
• Alternatively, ₹18,000 in-hand with Provident Fund contributions and ₹22,000 as Cost to Company (CTC)

For freshers:

• Fixed in-hand salary of ₹15,000
