Role Overview

As a Sales Coordinator at the Airport store, you will provide essential support to the store management team. Your role focuses on fostering a culture of high performance and outstanding customer service by:

• Driving sales and profit goals by continuously delivering training, coaching, and feedback to the sales team.
• Upholding and leading merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Supporting store financial health by managing inventory control, preventing losses, and handling controllable costs effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Enjoy working in a relaxed yet energetic retail environment with prior proven experience and knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and related electronics.
• Strong background in delivering excellent customer service and handling cash transactions, including EFTPOS and experience using electronic POS systems.
• Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, and effectively handle workload pressure.
