About the Role

We seek a seasoned and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee the entire operations of our restaurant located in Paradip, Odisha. This role demands managing diverse culinary segments including South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Café offerings while ensuring a superior dining experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Direct all facets of the restaurant's daily functions.
Manage operations across multiple cuisine formats such as South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Café services.
Inspire and lead the restaurant team toward achieving high performance.
Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Oversee inventory management, cost controls, and staff efficiency.
Assume full accountability for the restaurant's success and operational outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated experience in managing reputed hotel or restaurant operations.
Comprehensive understanding of managing South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Café cuisine operations.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Proficient communication in English and Hindi; familiarity with Odia is advantageous.
Open to relocating and residing in Paradip.
Capable of autonomous working and complete operational responsibility.

Reporting Structure

The role reports directly to the General Manager and involves regular coordination with the Business Director.

Work Schedule

Six working days weekly with one weekly off.
Flexible working hours with mandatory presence during restaurant opening, peak hours, closing, and planning/review meetings.
