Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage operations, ensuring outstanding dining experiences and fostering a motivated service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and oversee service delivery.
• Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, inspire, and develop the restaurant team.
• Handle staff management including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Review and respond to guest feedback effectively.
• Work closely with culinary and other departments to enhance operations.
• Assist in controlling costs and achieving revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in luxury or high-volume hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership capabilities and expertise in team development.
• Guest-centered, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with staff and guests.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
