Key Responsibilities
- Perform theoretical and empirical research on economic world models centered on finance topics such as asset pricing, volatility modeling, and risk management.
- Design and develop frameworks for economic world models utilizing generative AI methods like diffusion models and physics-informed neural networks (PINN, SKINN).
- Construct agent-based economic models embedding domain theory and knowledge, linked with reinforcement learning and generative modeling techniques in finance.
- Implement agentic economic models with transformer architectures to address financial econometric tasks including covariance estimation and forecasting time-series data.
- Collaborate closely with experts in computer science and statistics to advance interdisciplinary research.
- Disseminate research results at top finance, economics, and AI conferences globally.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- PhD in Fintech, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
