Relationship Executive (Inside Store & Open Market)

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Relationship Executives to engage with customers directly inside stores and in open market environments. This role focuses on driving the acquisition of store-branded and co-branded credit cards by actively approaching potential customers in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage store visitors to introduce and promote store and co-branded credit cards.
• Explain card advantages clearly to customers, including introductory offers, rewards systems, interest-free durations, and special financing options.
• Assist customers in completing application forms, either through physical paperwork or digital platforms, ensuring all necessary KYC and income verification documents are collected and validated securely.
• Achieve and surpass personal and team targets for daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals consistently.
• Recommend additional financial products or enhancements like reward upgrades tailored to customers’ purchasing patterns and financial profiles.
• Handle post-application customer concerns, address queries, assist with application rejections, and guide clients on card usage and account management.

Additional Information

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India

Salary Range: INR 18,000 to INR 28,000 per month

Work Environment: Onsite role within stores and open markets
