Field Sales Executive

Overview

We seek a proactive and driven Field Sales Executive to lead merchant acquisition efforts for our financial services offerings. The role involves enrolling retail merchants, shopkeepers, and other businesses by promoting and selling POS Terminals, QR Soundboxes, and facilitating the opening of commercial Current Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants by effectively selling POS terminals and QR Soundboxes.
• Support businesses in opening commercial Current Accounts as part of our service portfolio.
• Engage with local merchants and foster strong business relationships to expand customer base.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities to close deals and onboard merchants successfully.
• Fluency in the local language to communicate effectively with merchants and clients.
• Ability to build lasting professional relationships and work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive fixed monthly salary between 18000 and 22000 INR.
• Performance-linked incentives as an attractive supplement to the base pay.
