Role Overview

Quadrant Technologies is hiring a Recruitment Account Manager for US IT staffing in Hyderabad. This position is aimed at someone with at least 5 years of experience who can oversee recruitment delivery, account operations, and client engagement for enterprise technology accounts. A PST shift is preferred.

What You Will Do

Take full ownership of recruitment delivery and overall account performance.
Lead offshore recruiting and delivery teams.
Build and execute hiring plans for both niche technical roles and high-volume openings.
Maintain strong client relationships and work to maximize customer satisfaction.
Run account operations such as reporting, tracking, and governance.
Monitor submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding progress, and successful closures.
Coordinate with vendors and manage issue escalation.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business review materials.
Ensure delivery quality while meeting SLA and KPI commitments.
Partner with sales teams to support account growth and expansion.

Skills and Experience Needed

Solid background in US IT staffing and account management.
Practical experience with MSP/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass and Beeline.
Ability to manage enterprise-level client accounts.
Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and different delivery models.
Confident stakeholder management and client communication skills.
Capacity to juggle multiple open requirements and multiple teams at once.
Strong analytical thinking and reporting ability.

Preferred Background

Exposure to budget management and revenue tracking.
Familiarity with SOWs, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Experience recruiting for cloud, SAP, and other emerging technology roles.
