About the Role
Amazon aims to be the world's most customer-focused company and is seeking highly talented, motivated individuals to join its renowned recruiting team. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent globally to support Amazon's vast growth and product distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and project managers to identify and implement effective talent sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies while managing partner expectations.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through ongoing talent market research and relationship management, conducting thorough candidate interviews with an eye toward hiring manager preferences.
- Contribute innovative recruitment ideas and strategies aligned with Amazon’s mission, refining recruiting processes to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Create detailed recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
- Efficiently screen candidates and assemble suitable slates within consistent timelines.
- Engage in special recruitment initiatives, evaluating best practices in interviewing and talent pipeline enhancement, especially for senior-level roles.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a steady flow of both internal and external candidates.
- Promote a collaborative, service-oriented team culture ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal customers and adherence to service level agreements.
- Manage and prioritize recruitment efforts to meet deadlines and performance benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or full lifecycle recruiting, either internally, agency-based, or in high-volume settings.
- Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and communication management.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling both high-volume and niche recruitments.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in Arabic or Turkish is a significant advantage.
