Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive or Manager

About the Role

Eminent HR is looking to add recruitment professionals to its team in Mumbai. The hiring is open for two levels: a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-2 years of experience, and a Talent Acquisition Manager with 3+ years of experience.

What You’ll Be Working On

The role centers on end-to-end hiring support, candidate sourcing, and coordination with internal stakeholders to help meet recruitment goals.

Key Requirements

• You should be comfortable using major hiring platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar portals.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with good interpersonal skills, is essential.
• A results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets is expected.
• You must be able to handle pressure, work to deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• The position also calls for solid sourcing ability and effective stakeholder coordination.
