Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable QA analyst to join the team working on 'Structure for Jira', one of our flagship products. This role involves ensuring top-tier software quality within an agile environment that prioritizes working software over detailed documentation, using tools like mind maps, checklists, and collaborative techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and plan testing activities including iteration and release scheduling.
Conduct requirement validation, performance, compatibility, and integration testing at the system level.
Perform both exploratory and scripted testing across all products.
Manage and prioritize issue triage effectively.
Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, development, QA peers, and technical writing.

Candidate Profile

Minimum two years of experience in software testing.
Strong background in manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
Proficiency in checklist creation and application for testing processes.
Experience testing web applications focusing on business logic, usability, and user interfaces.
Basic understanding of HTTP methods such as GET and POST and foundational knowledge of XSS vulnerabilities.
Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Practical experience using Jira and Confluence.
