Project Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a part-time Project Management Specialist to support client work for one of our customers. In this position, you will guide projects from kickoff through delivery, keep timelines on track, and work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure outcomes meet expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects end to end, ensuring the agreed scope, budget, and deadlines are maintained.
• Work with internal teams and outside stakeholders to collect requirements and align on project goals.
• Track project status regularly, identify risks early, and put mitigation plans in place.
• Build detailed project updates and share them with clients and senior leadership.
• Make sure the project follows company procedures and relevant industry standards throughout its lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a technology or consulting setting.
• Comfort using project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities, along with the capacity to manage several priorities at once.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
