Role Overview
This position entails managing the full procurement lifecycle for manpower and labor service contracts throughout the Middle East, ensuring alignment with company requirements and market conditions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire procurement cycle including assessing needs, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with both local and global labor service providers to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct market and cost analysis to formulate sourcing strategies that reduce expenses and enhance service efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to sync manpower procurement with operational demands and facilitate seamless project execution.
- Implement ongoing supplier evaluations to ensure compliance, manage risks, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
- Bring at least five years of procurement expertise, particularly in manpower and labor services.
- Have sound knowledge of Middle Eastern labor regulations and market dynamics, plus strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate advanced analytical abilities and project management skills.
- Be proficient in office productivity tools and procurement technologies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Exhibit strong ethical standards and capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
