Role Overview

For the Eichwalde area, this full-time on-site position is for a Personaldisponent who will support staffing operations in a growing personnel services environment.

What You’ll Do

Source and recruit candidates for temporary staffing assignments.
Conduct interviews, handle contract finalization, and support employees throughout their assignments.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, applicants, employees, and public authorities.
Receive assignments, maintain records, and coordinate deployment schedules.
Ensure compliance with collective agreement rules and legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Completed training as a personnel services specialist or another commercial qualification.
Professional experience in employee leasing / temporary staffing.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and enthusiasm for the role.
High level of independence, initiative, and creativity.
Valid Class B driving license.
