Role Overview

As a Mixologist at Plaza Premium Group lounges in Saudi Arabia, you will craft and serve tea, coffee, and beverages following our high standards. Your role involves building warm relationships with guests through friendly and professional service, promoting our bar offerings and brand ethos, and adhering strictly to hygiene and safety protocols as mandated by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare orders for tea, coffee, and other beverages.
• Prepare garnishes and keep beverage stations fully stocked and ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea and coffee preparation area at all times.
• Monitor inventory and promptly report stock needs to ensure continuous operations.
• Serve beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and anticipate their needs when possible.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia and company policies.
• Provide support to bar and service teams during peak periods as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in food and beverage or beverage preparation, ideally in hospitality or catering settings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Flexible to work shift schedules as assigned.

Additional Information

Work will be located at the airport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
