Deli Supervisor

About the Role

Working under the supervision of the Farm Shop Manager, you will act as the primary host in the deli, fostering meaningful relationships with both regular visitors and newcomers to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your duties will include recommending food items, offering samples of meats and cheeses, skillfully cutting, weighing, packaging, and labeling products, as well as promptly addressing customer questions and requests.

You will be part of a passionate and creative team devoted to fresh foods, excellent service, and continuous learning, all dedicated to exceeding expectations for guests, colleagues, and the local community.

Requirements

Experience in a similar deli or food service role would be advantageous, but a strong passion and determination to deliver exceptional customer experiences is the primary requirement. We provide the necessary guidance and training to help you grow in the role.
