About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Read water meters accurately and perform tap testing tasks.
• Detect and report faults in meters or water services promptly.
• Document and communicate concerns related to access or any service non-compliance.
• Analyze meter data and provide assistance with customer inquiries.
• Maintain safety standards while working independently across multiple sites.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a valid Western Australia Class C Driver's License.
• Be physically capable of walking long distances regularly throughout the day.
• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and handle daily work independently.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail coupled with a commitment to workplace safety.
• Take personal pride in delivering consistent and dependable community service.
