Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations at designated facilities and projects.
• Coordinate site activities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Oversee contractors and technicians, perform routine site inspections to maintain high operational standards.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to support facility management goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building systems to reduce downtime and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality completion of MEP work.
• Prepare detailed reports on site operations, contributing to the continual improvement of maintenance and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising MEP works within operational buildings or ongoing projects.
• Sound knowledge of facility management practices, including maintenance planning, execution, and documentation.
• Technical proficiency in plumbing systems, building maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep.
• Experienced in liaising with contractors and vendors to assure timely and quality project delivery.
• Possesses a relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Awareness of UAE building codes, safety norms, and MEP facility operation standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks across sites.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems or digital tools for scheduling and reporting is a plus.
