About the Role

Thomas & Piron is currently seeking multiple masons including laborers, skilled masons, and team leaders to join their team. The main responsibility is masonry work on single-family houses.

Target Candidates

The company is looking for masons with varying levels of experience across Wallonia, including laborers, skilled workers, and team leaders.

Experience and Knowledge

Open to beginners or candidates with solid masonry experience.
Understanding of safety rules and regulations on construction sites.

Technical Skills

Ability to erect scaffolding.
Proficient use of tools such as trowel, plumb line, concrete mixer, level, and others.
Capable of creating and installing formwork; pouring concrete and other mortars.
Assembling and positioning reinforced concrete elements.
Preparing and applying interior and exterior plasters, including facades.

Personal Attributes

Good physical condition and enjoyment of outdoor work.
Precision, rigor, care, and curiosity about innovative construction techniques.
Team-oriented and contributing positively to group dynamics.
Strong organizational skills and good sense of balance.
Safety-conscious and able to follow safety instructions.
