Role Overview
Join as a Wealth Solutions Advisor where you'll be pivotal in enhancing business growth and serving as a reliable financial consultant for clients. This position involves a blend of telecalling and field sales, managing client relationships, and providing advisory-based selling approaches. Your key duties will include winning new clients, fostering existing relationships, and actively contributing to the organization's revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business growth by acquiring leads via outbound calls, in-person engagements, referrals, and systematic prospecting.
- Promote and sell insurance policies, mutual funds, and health-related financial solutions in alignment with company policies and client needs.
- Manage and nurture existing clients by conducting regular follow-ups, handling renewals, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Build and sustain long-lasting client partnerships by understanding their financial goals and delivering fitting wealth management solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals as per company targets.
- Keep precise and prompt records of client communications, sales activities, and key performance statistics.
- Consistently offer a professional customer experience to enhance trust, retention, and the client's long-term value.

Compensation
The role offers a fixed monthly salary between 30,000 and 55,000 INR, complemented by attractive performance-based incentives.
