Junior Social Media Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and imaginative Junior Social Media Manager to contribute to the brand’s digital marketing and online growth. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys social content, visual storytelling, coffee culture, and the hospitality space.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day management of social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop engaging social content such as posts, reels, stories, and captions.
• Take photos and videos covering café activity, food and beverages, events, and guest interactions.
• Keep track of social media trends and propose fresh content concepts.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the calendar.
• Handle comments, direct messages, and customer questions with professionalism.
• Work with café staff to organize shoots and promotional activities.
• Assist with influencer partnerships and social media marketing campaigns.
• Review platform performance and prepare simple reports.
• Contribute to wider marketing initiatives, events, and brand promotion efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• A graduate or current student pursuing studies in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, or a similar discipline.
• Working familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and general social media operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic capability in photography and video shooting.
• Comfort using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or equivalent editors.
• A creative, detail-oriented approach to content and brand communication.
• Genuine interest in coffee, food, hospitality, and customer experience.
