Internship Overview

This internship offers a hands-on introduction to IT support, designed for individuals without prior technical experience. Participants benefit from continuous mentorship and coaching aimed at building foundational knowledge and skills essential for a career in IT.

Key Learning Objectives

Manage and administer software applications
Create and delete user accounts securely
Assemble and deploy computers tailored to client needs
Address IT-related alerts from clients and troubleshoot technical issues
Prioritize and assign incoming support tickets via the ticketing platform
Efficiently resolve common "Fast Track" tickets using well-documented procedures
Deliver outstanding customer service and technical assistance through phone and email
Apply IT support best practices following ITIL V4 standards

Candidate Requirements

Pursuing or completed an IT-related bachelor's degree
Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication abilities, with a willingness to learn and collaborate within teams
Analytical thinking and logical problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Personable demeanor demonstrated through effective communication and excellent phone etiquette under pressure
Effective time management capabilities
Experience in customer service
