Role Overview

As an IT Consultant specializing in Microsoft 365, you will evaluate the IT infrastructures of clients and design customized, forward-looking M365 solutions. Your expertise and enthusiasm for technology will enable you to guide companies through their digital transformation journeys and support their migration to cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments of customers' existing IT environments to develop tailored Microsoft 365 solutions that are both functional and future-proof.
• Plan detailed new architectures prioritizing user experience while ensuring infrastructure stability and security.
• Create comprehensive implementation strategies and manage their execution closely with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor through all phases of complex customer projects, ensuring solutions meet client expectations and needs.
• Drive ongoing optimizations in clients’ IT landscapes through innovative technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including all core workloads.
• Proficiency in at least two specialized areas within Microsoft 365 such as SharePoint Online, the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft AI, Teams Collaboration or Phone.
• Preferably hold Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Expertise in advising customers on hybrid and cloud solution options and supporting their implementation.
• Additional skills in areas like Change & Adoption, Backup & Lifecycle Management, Governance & Compliance design, or Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to share knowledge and foster continuous learning for self and colleagues.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
